. Make Music Day in Western New York — An
all-ages celebration of music consisting of free and public
events throughout Buffalo. The events will be held at
different locations and will include harmonica lessons, music
classes, drum circles, musical story times and live music.

Library — Various combinations of poetry and music, some

and musicians will include Pat Hulsman (drums), Ida Goeckel

. Celebration of Hope — Kickoff ride weekend at this
celebration as you rally together against cancer and celebrate
survivors, patients and Roswell Park heroes who are fighting
for a cure. Family-friendly activities and entertainment, learn
about cutting-edge research and a special tribute to all those
who people ride in honor for and in memory of. Food and

dedicated to finding a cure for cancer and to provide funding
for innovative patient-care programs at Roswell Park
Comprehensive Cancer Center. Choose from one of their 11

. Largest Vow Renewal Ceremony — With celebrity
officiant, former Buffalo Bills defensive end and Pro Football Hall
of Fame member, Bruce Smith, 4-6 p.m. Saturday, June 23, outside

to celebrate LGBTQ community with your family (however you
define that term)? Then the first Buffalo Queer-B-Que is for you.
Between noon and 6 p.m. Sunday, June 24, hordes of hungry
LGBTQ Buffalonians and their families will converge on Shelter 2
at LaSalle Park to share food and community. Bring food for you
and yours — or bring food to share. Grills will be provided for
your barbecuing pleasure. Also bring art supplies or a musical

. Nature’s Kaleidoscope — A completely new theme
for a colorful summer exhibit, the Botanical Garden’s exhibit
team has come up with some kaleidoscope-inspired display
pieces that will incorporate hexagonal and leaf patterns on
glass and other surfaces, during business hours through
